THE LOCATION

Set in the historic city of Kraków, the event takes place in one of Central Europe’s most dynamic and culturally rich destinations. Historically positioned at the crossroads of major trade routes, Kraków continues to serve as a strategic bridge between Eastern and Western Europe making it an ideal setting for a global logistics network.

Our venue, the modern CKF_13 Fabryczna Conference Centre, is located in the revitalised Fabryczna district. This state-of-the-art conference facility blends industrial character with contemporary design, offering the perfect environment for focused business meetings and productive networking.

Following the exceptional feedback from last year, we are pleased to announce that the 2026 Motion Annual Meeting will be held together with the New Silk Road Network (NSRN).

By combining both networks for the one-to-one meetings, we are creating a broader and more dynamic meeting platform. This joint format allows Motion members to expand their international reach, explore new partnerships, and reinforce existing relationships all within a single, high-impact event.

• 17th & 18th November – Two Full Days of One-to-One Meetings
• 17th November – Gala Dinner
• 18th November – Networking Dinner
• 19th November – Cultural Experience in Kraków followed by Lunch
• Refreshments and Coffee Breaks on all Meeting Days
• Lunch on 17th, 18th and 19th November

A limited number of all-inclusive packages will be available, offering participation in all official event activities along with a three-night stay from 16th to 19th November 2026 at the Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City, which is directly connected to the CKF 13 Conference Centre. Guests will be able to choose between a Superior Room or Junior Suite, ensuring both comfort and convenience throughout the meet-up.

These packages provide the best overall value while keeping you at the centre of the networking action, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

As availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage you to secure your place early. To maximise your experience and networking opportunities, we strongly recommend staying at the official meeting hotel.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The registration system will close on the 23rd October 2026. After this, we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration and complete the payment before then.
